We’ll receive resumes and applications and forward them to the client. We’ll submit to the client only the best candidates that applied for the given job.

SEARCHING FOR WORKERS

Based on the client’s requisite criteria, we’ll prepare and publish a job advertisement for our recruiters’ use. If required, we’ll search relevant databases for suitable candidates, forward the job ad, and elaborate on a candidate‘s interests in participating in the job competition.

MAPPING OF CLIENT NEEDS

We’ll engage the Client in itemizing the relevant position’s details, including requirements as related to a candidate’s education, work experience, language skills, and personal attributes.
